Oh, and it needed to be very easy on the eye with lots of added value for customers who sign up to their club and backed by an ecommerce solution that allowed easy order processing and data collection.

Our tweaked Amber CMS solution for VTech included a moderated customer review process and the ability to show alternative stores for items not sold in VTech’s online store. Integrated with the Amber CRM for order processing, competition data collection and more, the new site showcases the best of VTech and highlights multiple benefits e.g. special offers for registered users, ensuring maximum data capture.
